The raiders take a lot of the fun away. It's too random, and random = not fun IMO. It would help if they followed the same rules for fighting. Right now they can grab a protected tile as if it is not protected at all. So if there are a lot of them they can grab all the tiles around your guys and starve them all. Also I'd rather pay part of my income to just not have them randomly spawning on my tiles. At the end of the day I'm paying money for soldiers to get rid of that crap, so I'd rather just make it automatically pay money to not have it occur at all.
I appreciate your feedback spacedock. I will investigate adding a "No Vile" option to the map editor. That would allow map makers that feel the same way as you do to make maps that you'll enjoy more. I'll also add a "No Vile" tag so they are easy to find.
It needs like 100 times as many zombies. Is it possible to change the code so 100 zombies get spawned at a time instead of 1? Also I had the zombie no spawn glitch, I think a timer or something that gives you a win automatically after a set amount of time would cludge around this until you can squash that bug.
It's good. The "awesome" factor of the weapons collapses after the shotgun. I think the later weapons should shoot about 10x as much stuff to keep them fun.
I liked feeling like a badass marauding around with the shotgun. :D
It's great. I like how it sends 100% of the guys every attack and that there is no maximum amount of guys. It would be better if you could multiselect and have the attacks automatically route their way through each waypoint.
The way dropships work makes the game not fun. It's too easy to randomly lose a planet. The 200 troops in the drop ship should have to fight the population of the planet troop per troop, and you should be able to bombard with ships to weaken up the planet before landing. That way 1 missed dropship doesn't matter, and you can still clear a planet without dropships just by bombarding a lot.
