When I came back to test out whether it had a cloud save before, I guess I didn't give it long enough to load. It loaded into a new game and I was disappointed. But apparently if I let it sit there long enough with no indication that it's loading anything, it transforms into the saved game.
Alright, it seems to be working today. I figured there was just some sort of internet hiccup (already using FireFox, Dev ;) ). The new background image is slick (as is the new x3 button), but the darker UI elements worked better against the simpler light background. I *think* you added thick borders to the dark blue buttons to try to offset that. The slightly lighter blue for the "Production" and "Services" labels pops better against the new background.
For some reason, the game won't even get to the Unity loading screen for me. I just get a dead grey square that doesn't even do a proper graphics refresh in the game frame. Maybe there's some sort of internet issue between me and the game source? Will try back tomorrow.
It's a neat game. Being such a long term game without a save export, however, I can only hope it's got an unmentioned cloud save otherwise it's pretty worthless.
Still occasionally loudly bugles a few bars of the 1812 Overture upon initial loading before anything at all is clicked. For me, this is more annoying than the click lag or the fact that saving the game doesn't seem to save the current game but rather some state from an arbitrary number of minutes ago.
Suggestions: Rare flowers of higher value and different colour that take longer to grow. Upgrades for flowers and their values. Auto-harvest at max growth.
Flowers need to be bigger, or the "hitbox" for clicking needs to be bigger, possibly allowing for multiple flowers in one click, or else the Sweep Sell function needs to be far cheaper or the default method.
No save export and apparently no cloud save. This could be a good game, but given its long-term nature, without those sorts of save features it currently isn't good.
Data is saved to the cloud automatically :)
