For the last boss: turn off all troops except your riders and use heal arrows and waves to hold the enemies back. The only way to victory is to capture their flag. If a boss shows up, you might as well restart. You're not going to kill it before the next one shows up.

Lev10 isn't immortal. You can hit his head when he takes off the helm (use bombs) and his stomach when he lifts the axe. Use ice to slow him down. You can also use flak arrows and any ground wave attacks on him.

Why is this HERE?!? The energy=time thing is nonsense Facebook click-to-advance crap. Want more energy/stuff/critters? Pay cash! Then fight against each other! Then invite (harass) your friends! Whatever fun there is, it's buried under junk panhandling and time-sink crap. 1 star.

Decent p'n'click game, not my favorite type of game, but at least this one had creative moments. I don't know what type of person writes little notes for themselves and leaves them all over their house during a zombie invasion, though.

A 4 star game, but the splitters jumping walls and targeting issues drop it to 2 stars. The targeting should shoot at the enemy closest to the exit, not the one that spawned first. I've had tons of games lost because a tower was fixated on a slowed enemy while other, non-slowed enemies went around and found the exit. There's also unacceptable targeting delays with ghosts.

So this doesn't really come across as a game. There's no -challenge- to it other than figuring out the end scenario steps. It's almost an interactive story, which is ok, but that doesn't always equate to fun. The limited animation is disappointing even in the 8-bit style. It's too easy to figure out most of the abilities and really nothing gained by doing them. I would have loved to have seen some sort of challenge at the end where your choices meant solving a problem/final challenge rather than getting a report card on your choices.

Fun, but eventually incredibly frustrating. The idiot guards: constantly re-searching areas and ignoring others during alarms. The insane stacking of timers instead of letting you escape as I have to get through alarm after alarm. The fact that you can't escape during an alarm. The fact that you can't kill guards. The fact that a guard will stand in place and spin slowly over and over and over as I go inviz to try and survive. Good game concept with a mix of good to horrid execution.

OH: and the icon gets lost in the spam late in the game, especially on the boss matches. It's hard to see a little yellow ring on a screen mobbed with mulitcolored stuff.

Fun, but way too easy. It becomes a tower defense game pretty quickly: slow + crush near the doors then fire turrets near the chest. Every level other than boss levels = sit and wait. Also, the money reward is crap after the early stages. $400 doesn't buy much after level 10. Overall a good game, lag issues here and there, the settings menu kept popping up when I was running around and there's no reason to beat it more than once or twice. Needs some reward for the hard medals.

Great concept, but w/ issues: 1- The conquer city bug, where the GO button appears under the Attack button sometimes. This has been discussed (wait until the attack and autofight buttons appear below the OK screen). This also affects standard encounters on the road. If you fight then encounter right away, you can GO right past the next fight. 2- Being in the guilds should affect whether people attack you on the road. Why do I have to fight every bucc if I'm in their guild? 3- Flaky healing. Changing armor seems to work. 4- SELL ALL Armor/Arms. 5- Why can't I have the last ship? The prices are too low for the higher ships, and there should be super-ships. I have millions of gold and still can't get anything better? 6- Peaceful takeover of cities. There's no penalty for attacking a city as an Enforcer, which seems odd.

Visuals are good, game mechanics are fine, but seriously, no pause between battles? And some the power-ups and spell descriptions are a bit vague in what they do. Too much repetition, the cat side-battles are awful and the text is goofy. Fun, but not awesome.

I don't get it. The designer had a fantastic idea, took all the time to make cutscenes, build the engine for the game and record the sounds and then....made ONE level that I beat without trying. WAT? It's like Portal ending at the first elevator or Maro ending at the first flag. Why bother making 1/10th of a game after doing all the work?

Music's nice. Graphics are great. Story is cool. Game is AWFUL! There are 2 puzzles, and only the very last one takes more than a few seconds to figure out. 2*, and that's generous. This should have been 10 times as long and the giant CLICK HERE icons should have been far smaller and more subtle.

Awful game, worse than most. The art starts well, but wtf happens to Red's nose? And why does grandma's robot arm switch sides? Seriously tedious "find which hair is combed differently" type changes and repetitive music make the art lose its appeal before the third "puzzle".
