I was +5 under par and ended up 13 over on the last level of the first hole. I don't care about seeing the rest of the game. WAY too much randomness is involved, and that's not good for a f--king puzzle game. I rarely do this. 1/5
I was interested in finishing the game. Then I got all upgrades and ran into a wall of red fireflies four times. Now I don't care about finishing this game. Fun concept, though. 3/5
Welp, in Chapter 2 of 10, I've gotten tired of trying to win with the Librarian on hard mode. I get that it becomes easier later, but you've made a game so poor and thin that I don't care about advancing to that point. 2/5
Good time killer. Some cheap bosses (silencing me every single turn before I can move?). Entirely too many battle nodes. Tedium ad nauseum. I'd give it a 5/5, but its repetition knocks it down to a 3/5.
I almost gave this a 5/5, but then I hit the final boss. You've made an enemy that isn't difficult, but is very cheap. When he wipes my army, it just makes the level longer. I still have the same strategy, but you've artificially lengthened the battle.
4/5
Congrats. You've made a game where getting hit punishes you by making you weaker AND you can't go back to fight easier enemies or change your configuration. it's well made, but a pathetically dumb oversight by the developer ruins it. 3/5
If after two levels, I can't make the game stop being so temperamental, it's difficult to have fun. Even following the guide EXACTLY didn't do anything. I can't give you anymore than 2/5 for poor game design. This could be fun, but it's not.
Welp, went from me having full HP, energy, etc and my opponent having four health to, in one move, him getting all health back, getting full rage and energy, and wiping me in a single turn.
Developer, !@#$ you. !@#$ you.
An interesting concept with a miserable execution. I give it a 1/5 only because Kong doesn't allow anything lower. This should not have been badged when better games don't have any badges at all. Next time, make a game that won't have the players wishing they could murder you.
Good game, but there are connection issues when it comes to hitting foes, especially coming from the left or right, which is a big deal in a game like this. 4/5
After 4 games over the years, you have not only not listened to your fans complaining about grinding, you've actually made it worse! This game could've been so much more, but considering I don't get to enjoy any races for all the arbitrary "training", this game is a dud. 2/5
An option to mute? Other than that, even more fantastic than the previous. Kurechii, you're the rare developer that consistently gets my high rating. You do what Nerdook wishes it could, mate. 5/5
It is rare that anything gets much more than a three, but Reemus is exactly the humor I want my books to have and exactly how point and click puzzle games should be. 5/5
Welcome to Hired Heroes, where enemies infinitely respawn and the points don't matter. Seriously though, when my little guys start with 100+ HP and pumping points into them gives them 5 ATK and 5 HP, you'd better believe those upgrade points are worthless. Fix this, or you eliminate any pretense of RPG elements.
Oh, I suddenly remember why I stopped playing this five years ago during the first mission. Whoever gave this so many medals should be beaten with a cane. 2/5
So, the wheel upgrade obviously does nothing and the X is much too far away considering the insane balancing act you have to maintain. That said, it's still fun. 3/5
