Oh, and as a side note, I'm always torn about playing games like this for badges: I'm a completionist and I would like to have all the damn badges, and often times these games' badges are low hanging fruit (it's 1 medium badge that's going to take days upon days of work when most medium badges can be gotten in ~10-15 minutes. I've officially decided: screw that), but the fact that it's so painfully obvious that they know that and paid to have the game badged is borderline infuriating, particularly because that means kong has no problem devaluing games that really deserve badges and don't have greedy developers by using them as nothing but bait so people will be interested enough in getting badges that they can then pull shit like this.

This game involves slightly fewer blatant, in-your-face cash grabs than many games of this sort, which is nice at least, but their attempts to hide it when they do engage in such via just slapping exorbitantly high fuel costs on shit is a little patronizing. Plus it involves trying to make you pay so you don't have to wait, a tactic I consider right up there with energy in annoyance potential, especially since it means punishing the most experienced and loyal players while trying to bilk them for money constantly rather than bucking the F up and just having a premium subscription service or something. After all, there are way, WAY the hell better games out there one could play for the amount these people (and all the developers of games like this) think you should be paying them, with developers who had to put in way more work while being far, FAR less greedy.

Oh, right, and two other things: first off, I'm not entirely sure why there's a stock limit on health potions, but there shouldn't be. If you're concerned about people just buying tons of them and being invincible, simply do like every other not dumb developer does and make it so that a player can only have so many at a time (and also they should recharge a percentage rather than a static amount, but that's a lesser issue). Secondly, while this is a regular mistake, it's similarly absurd every time: if hitting a checkpoint then dying recharges your health to a certain point, and there is no penalty for death, going through that checkpoint should heal you that much as well. As usual, all you're doing is making it so that the smartest thing to do is to intentionally kill yourself after hitting a checkpoint if you're low on health in order to recharge your health.

By god, you can tell the developer is daft just from reading his comments. Yeah man, we know the birdseed increases the birds freaking speed and attack slightly. That's what the the hell the description says. I think he was asking for more like, ya know, a percentage or something. And have you considered that if people are upvoting that guy's comment that maybe they're also in support of increasing weapon range or putting a ranged wep in there? Adding variation to a game is almost never a bad thing. I mean, maybe that's not what YOU planned to do, but...well hey, if you want people to not like your games and for them to fall flat on their face, keep doing what YOU want. Once you're ready for a game to succeed, try doing what the people playing your game want.

There's definitely a memory leak somewhere here. I play, and as I go on it gets slower...and slower...and slower...until I finally have to reload the page, then BAM. Everything moves nice and quick like. Then it gets slower...and slower...and...you get the point.

They could easily replace the expression "like watching paint dry" with "like watching pixel sugar slowly float through the air". Dear god, this hard badge wouldn't be hard at all if it wasn't for the fact that I can't handle the boredom for more than a level or two at a time...

Is it just me, or do objects, like, turn as you move past them? I can't count the number of times I've been going past one of those stupid fat pink ones only to have its back edge, which was very obviously not in my way, stick out and hit me. This shit's already hard enough without the damn blocks conspiring to screw with me.

I would like to get all the endings, but at the same time I'm often just too incapable of making my fictional avatar do the things required to get them. It was already difficult enough gritting my teeth and telling other me to call the police (I've seen movies before, I'm not stupid), now you're expecting me to grab the parachute and let the otter and kitty (and I guess the hot chick) die? I can't do this man, I'm still recovering from having to publicly admit to wanting to read victoria's secret. It's too much pressure!

Alright, while we're throwing out issues here, having us just instantly back out of a damn game whenever we press escape is, like, absurdly dumb. No confirmation message, no nothing, just bam. It's gone. Unfortunately in the last game I was playing escape was what you used to de-select things, so I've backed out of quite a number of games so far because ya didn't think to maybe ask if when I hit escape, I REALLY wanted to totally wipe out my level progress and head back to the menu and didn't inadvertently hit escape for some other. After all, especially now that you let us hit numbers to change percentages, having inta-wipe hanging out up there right next to the lower numbers seems pretty ill advised...

I know I mentioned this previously, but I want to hear it: some of the achievements involve completing acts with all 6 characters. The highest one involves completing all missions on suicide with all 6 characters. Well I'll tell you what; if you manage to complete a mission on suicide with a melee character, I want to hear about it. I'm serious, I'm actually curious, if you've done it please describe to me what class it was and how the whole thing generally went and what you did. Also as I said before, I get wrecked with melee chars fairly easily on NORMAL on the first or second mission, so if you've done something like beat chap 3 on suicide with a melee unit, I'd really like to hear how in the name of god you managed it.

Also, tell us what certain effects do rather than just throwing out some random name that means nothing. I have to admit, I'm mostly saying that because I'm pretty annoyed that I wasted moral getting the bosh modifier for the thief thinking "Oh, dazed, that's probably like being stunned, right? So they'd not be able to move or fight back?" when for all I can tell dazed literally doesn't do shit except make the enemy move around randomly. They can fight back like it's nothing. How the hell is that supposed to be helpful in any way?

I dunno, ranged units are consistently, ALWAYS better than melee as far as I can tell. Melee honestly doesn't deal out very much damage since it's always freaking missing, even with high attack, and it's way easy to just kite enemies as ranged until you can finish them off, especially being as there are just so many different ways to keep an enemy away from you that complement range yet so few skills that help a meleer. I mean, I can fairly easily clear everything on hard as a ranger or mage, but I can hardly clear normal with any given melee unit. What I really think is that you need to give melee units more skills that allow them to regenerate. There's no possible way to function as melee when you're facing units like ogre things where even one take you out, but that a ranged unit can run circles around and kill without taking a single hit. That doesn't mean nerf ranged units, it means give meleers some skills that make damn sense.
