Pinball with a gothic RPG theme. Cool concept, but it could use a bit more polish. The music is a bit slow-paced for something like that, and the physics could use quite a bit of tightening, but this is still pretty decent as far as pinball video games go.
Definitely the best 3d gravity-oriented platformer I've ever seen, mainly because the camera stays in line. Very good job. Can't wait for the full release.
Kind of a boring game. There's no depth. It's basically "Increase mana pool when able. If your army dwindles, builds a couple of whatever you can afford." Most of the strategy comes from how much you decide to increase your mana pool and when, and if you do it right, you'll have so much mana you can afford an unstoppable army quite easily. On day 7, I had such a long break where nothing could get by my army, I had time to stop playing and write this comment, and this is after upgrading my mana pool to 9999 and setting up a full queue of dragons. It's too easy.
That Zombie Defense game could be a lot of fun on a touch screen, like the DS or iPod Touch, but on a mouse, it's pretty tough to click on the right stuff fast enough.
A first-person game where the walls are deadly is inherently very difficult. It's difficult to discern how big you are or how close is "too close," since finding out means death.
The biggest problem I have with the game is that I can't see far enough. Lots of times, I jump directly into a platform I couldn't have anticipated because it wasn't onscreen yet.
You know what would save time for those who want the Impossible badge? An "achievement mode." If you do anything that would cause you not to get an achievement, (like if a guard saw you or you took longer than 30 seconds) you instantly die. That way you don't have that false sense of victory for a few seconds.
This game seems to have a problem with Google Chrome. The controls don't do anything if your using Chrome. Pause and Mute work fine, but you can't move, which is obviously a huge problem. I don't know if there's a way to fix that, but it works fine in Firefox. I don't know if IE works or not. + so Chrome users can play this game.
This seems like a weird complaint, but the main cannon is overpowered. Really, nothing else seems as good as it so far. I know I'm only on level 3, so maybe something game changing will show up later, but I'm guessing not.
Dim castle's may be hard, but they make the player consider a new way to play the game. So far, it's mostly been about ruining the structure of a castle, but his "castles" require a different kind of thinking. The materials are indestructible, so it's literally impossible to crush his castles in the conventional way. At this point, CtC is getting kind of stagnant, so honestly, his levels are refreshing. They offer a new kind of challenge. To me, his levels are the best ones.
Its so that you can't get platinum medals if you die, and so you can still get a bronze even if you die a few times. It just means that it separates the realy good players from the good ones :)
It's on my TODO list to give you more awareness of how big 'you' are :)
