For the mission type "Delete Management File", the file you need is always in the second server. These missions are clearly designed to take longer as you search through all the servers to find what you need, but the challenge is majorly reduced once you figure out the trick. This should be fixed.
The randomly generated questions makes it so that the answer to a later question will often be found in an earlier question. The out-of-place or fitting elements are often simple to deduce just by noticing the vastly different art styles. And everything else is uses the same simple logic that an illiterate 6-year-old can employ when he picks up a new video game.
Working around the chandelier, I put in the following flame colors: blue, red, red, red, blue, red, blue, red. When "nothing happens", I shift the pattern clockwise. But no matter what I put in, it doesn't do anything.
There once was a square in a game;
The way he beat levels gave him shame;
To get through every time;
He'd crap a trail of lime slime;
And that's why LimeRick is his name.
Wait... wait, no, even with a double jump, there are some cases where it's impossible to get past without backtracking and running smack into the pink wall. In fact, there was one map where I fell into a pit at the start and couldn't get out of.
Sometimes coins and mana bottles will drop pixels away from magic scrolls, or worse, BEHIND magic scrolls. Can you fix it so that, while a magic scroll has no enemies within range, it turns transparent and unclickable? This way, you could get to any valuable drops around it without accidentally setting it off.
I made a page for this game on the Tropes Mirror Wiki, but it needs some Wiki Magic to make it grow. Here's the link to the wiki; search the game title to find the article: tropes(dot)wikia(dot)com
I'd like to see a more fleshed out sequel - Ariadne Jones: Fledgling Philosopher. For whatever reason, she's now able to visit the Intelligible Realm in her dreams. By night, she must hold discussions with various philosophers to collect Ideas (the equivalent of Evidence in AA). By day, she must use her newfound ideas to debate a variety of opponents at her university, from philosophy teachers, to obnoxious picketers, to the ringleader of an eco-terrorist group.
I think the questioning system could stand to be improved. Instead of questioning entire statements at once, key words and phrases should be highlighted in red, and clicking on these key phrases causes a mini-menu to pop up near the cursor, from which you can select questions. This way, if a given sentence has several elements worth questioning, you can examine them each individually.
'Management' is a clue to tell you its on the Management file server... you eventually learn where they all are :)
