I want to move to this town... Where the girls are all cute and wear belly shirts and the bankers are all squirrels (I mean, who else would use acorns for currency?).
So it gave me the "game beat" badge, but not the 100 kills when I logged on today. I figure no big deal, I can get that in about 10 minutes. And here I am a few hundred kills into the game (again) getting ready to fight the 8th bounty... Damn you, addictive game play!!!
Holy bugfix, Batman!!! So I beat the giant spider and grabbed the loot. Then I went to my inventory to look at it. When I closed the menu, the giant spider was back!!! the gate was still open, so I jumped through... Considering combat does not pause when a menu is open, this is something that needs fixed! Rate up so the dev can see this.
"Intel suggests the target is in the next room." - So I press reload and get ready to press space to breach the door like I have to on every door previous to this one. Oops!!!!!! It breaches it for me while I'm in the middle of reloading. Those types of inconsistencies kill the fun for me...
What the hell causes a "miss"? I get up to the crab (level 10) with 0 misses, and while fighting him end up getting 6 misses although it appeared he was the only enemy on screen. What gives?
@LukeMann - I don't believe Jack chooses to believe so either. But why else would he have a "memory" of pulling the trap door from underneath her and then have the epilogue mention him burying her in his back yard in a green box. Sorry, but his story sounds far more stalker-ish than romantic...
I just don't see why everybody feels so sorry for Jack. He freaking killed her and everybody is saying "Poor Jack. I cried for him." If Kathryn were my mother/sister/daughter, I would be pushing for lethal injection!
Ok, so here's my serious review. - It was a good puzzle game. I really liked the *poof* of smoke effect (graphically). The rest of the graphics were passable. The story line was top notch as far as puzzle game story lines can be. Music seemed appropriate. There were a couple minor issues though. Using the word "shrink" makes the game a little less professional. "Doctor" would have been a much better choice. As it's fairly clear that Jack had a hand in her death (he did pull the lever that made her fall), I think a better ending would be that after the doctor leaves, a priest accompanied by four guards lead him to the firing line.
