This might just be me, but it doesn't seem as though upgrading the shield actually does anything. No matter what level it is, I'm three hits and gone. Even when the shield was below level three, I had three hits.
Woooowww... fun game, but why with all the bugs? Seriously, one map, my factories stopped producing units, the projectiles would stop going through the air, littering the ground with yellow-orange lines, the enemy's base hit -15% health before I won, and then when I tried to play the next map, the game decided I couldn't hit the "play" button anymore.
The greatest compliment I can give a game is to say that it isn't enough. I want more, so much more. This is a GREAT start to something that could be really amazing. If this is as far as it goes, then it's still quite good, but I can see so much more coming out of this.
Shenanigans! I cross the border, and just as I'm getting to the glorious USA, a snake on the road kills me. My final distance AFTER LOSING is 100,061...
Another "unreliable narrator" game. It's sorta fun, and if the idea hadn't been done a few dozen times since Portal it would be quite good. All in all, not terribly compelling.
Oh holy crap that was awesome! Not only a great game, but a brilliant introduction to the world of copyrights and IP management. This is what educational gaming should be like. The hints were nice, if not unnecessary most of the time, but for a younger crowd, I could certainly see them being useful. For an adult, just an average game with little replay value, but to someone below the age of fifteen, I could see this being quite an experience. If there were ever a game I'd give kreds to (I'm very poor) this would be it. Great job!
Aside from one particularly trying jumpy puzzle involving a couple floaty robots which requires absolutely precise timing of not only the jumps, but also the placement of the robots, this game is marvelous. The only reason it doesn't get a 5/5 from me is because of that one particularly aggravating bit.
The definition of insanity is to do the exact same thing expecting a different result. This game is insane. I can go from one trial to another, changing something in the latter part, only to have the earlier parts suddenly not deliver correctly anymore. Nothing in the first four traps changed, so why does he land funny?
With my computer, the game is unplayable. The game moves so slow, and controls are so lagged, I can't even bear to try anymore. It seems to have promise, but I can't see past the tutorial.
Surreal, to be sure, but not all there like many of your other games. There is little plot, outside of a dying world with no concrete gravitational center and weird noodle creatures. The "game" portions are uninteresting and bland, and the only bit I enjoyed was the center path, watching the world sort of fall apart. The talky bits were good, the gamey bits were boring.
While I don't mind the use of movement to expose new differences, sometimes it felt like I was waiting too long for the new changes. Part of the draw of these games is that you can take them at your own pace. Having to wait on the game is almost as bad as the game punishing you for taking it slowly.
Okay, so any non-combat style character is a laughing stock. I tried to make someone who would be some sort of noble or something. So I maxed the politician jobset, maxed out charm, temperament, and construction, and earned more money than god. After all that I'm an "unremarkable citizen." Gee, that's great. Turns out that if you aren't a dungeon diving adventurer, you're useless. 'Course, being able to get some building materials to build up my town woulda been nice.
I for one didn't find it too hard. Once you figure out how important the rebound radius is, the rest just falls into place. I do like the idea of the energy bar being somewhere a little less in the way. Something like the wave gauge you have at the bottom of the screen. Great stuff!
Okay: Way fun, great idea, can't wait to see more levels. Gripes include: the movement on the screen was a bit slow, and it was really hard to tell whether or not a line would be poofed away. There were no clear delineations on that.
