It would be nice to deactivate all the freaking crap that Ive gotten. No way to get the low flier achievement because I go so damned fast, plus turn into crap that bounces above 3m every time. :-(
These seals are bullshit. At around combo 20, they add a "combobreaker", which is some piece of shit seal that pops his head up for like 0.00002 seconds.
So anyone found the pumpkins? For those that don't know, there are 15 of em hidden in various places. For example 2 in the bank on the dudes desk. Ive found 6 so far, but Im also a nub and havent gotten very far yet.
Wow. Author managed to make every single one of the special weapons WORSE than the basic 3. A tesla costs 250g, 62g per upgrade and deals 150 DPS to MULTIPLE targets. Maxed out, it hits for 600 DPS vs multiple targets. Nothing else even comes close, except the particle cannon, but it is like 5 times the price for the same DPS...vs 1 dude at a time and a ton of overkill damage instead of fast weaker attacks.
Please make your units that survive a wave with a sliver of health regenerate. Nothing is worse than 'winning' a wave but having half your units at 10% health, so they get easily slaughtered and bypassed by the next wave.
GUIDE: Game started out hard. I farmed the heck out of level 1 about 8 times, dying lots until I could get the Homing Missile. Then I was able to farm level 1 about 10 more times actually successfully completing it. I got the Wave Cannon as 2nd wpn, then bought the 100k plane. THEN I was in business! When upgrading, try to upgrade ALL THE WAY at 1 time, as its just as expensive to go from next-2-best to best, as from 0 level to best!!! So do 1 category at a time as you have the resources.
GUIDE: If you have a race choice, AVOID NECRO cuz they are inferior until you get 1000+ skill which never ever ever ever happens. Demon/Ascended are awesome. They cant replace their chest, but with an 8000g value nothing better ever comes along anyways! When u start, fill up your barracks and equip with basic 2d6 store items, and then do tactical battles only for the first 10 fights, otherwise you are too poor to even afford the dungeons! Trust me on this. This gives you enough gold and equipment to outfit your main dude. THEN, you can go forth with your main dude and kick butt. Prioritize Old Library to get your first spells. Lifedrain is the greatest spell ever. It doesnt really matter whether your main dude goes bow, melee, or magic. To beat main baddie, use your +spelldamage gear and lifedrain him to death.
Could you please tell us what all the damned buttons do? I STILL havent found the alleged "pause button" nor the "speedup button". P shows the path. But do you bother to mention this? Nooooooo.
Game crashed. I even tried to remove the save game data (win 7: Users/you/appData/Flash Player/ assumed it was modiva.com or something like that. STILL WONT LOAD! At least someone post how to fix it.
ProTip: Focus mostly on getting more modules and only upgrade weapons periodically. ALL money previously spent on a weapon is WASTED upon upgrade. Since the upgrades arent all that significant, you dont want to upgrade them often. Plus, better ones come along every so once in a while. ------- I recommend upgrading a weapon only when you can boost it +10 levels or more, if its a weapon you still use. Modules are nice because you can repurpose them however you want. It makes a big difference on the last world when things get tough!
SO how do you make the badges work? I got almost 5k Bonus before it gave me credit for 3k worth. I exceeded all 3 arcade mode, but absolutely Nthing is checkedboxed or considered achieved.
Why does it have to go from ve3ry easy to SOOO effing HARD at the very end? I love the story but am pissed cuz I just cant beat those bosses in the last worlds. Even the levels are extremely difficult as they hit so hard, and I just sometimes die for no obvious reason.
This game blows. I pick the horse, the fastest one by FAR, give him speed boosters and he LOSES in a ridiculous manner to EVERYTHING including the damed turtle! WTF?
Well I thought that summoning stuff was king, but then the Woodlands just bent me over totally. They have dirty AoE effects that wipe out my entire army.
The WARRIOR is far superior to the other 2 because his passive abilities are SO freaking good. His Sonic Dash skill utterly owns and destroys champs/elites/etc. It is also incredibly for farming. Get the biggest weapon you can, preferably 2 handed. Skills take the same time to use and are based on your damage, so slow weapon isnt a problem.--------One good strat is to clear the dungeons, back to town, then back to MENU and restart with fresh dungeons. Its a great way to buff your champ and get lots of skill books.
The main strategy is to boost the heck out of a small handful of champs. Ranged champs always max Ranged and so forth. The other skills are FAR inferior to straight up more firepower. You are kind of stuck using your Fire melee starter but you will replace him with an Archer/Scirmisher basic troop user ASAP. You will keep your Energy mage all game because she OWNS. Trainees are one of the strongest units in the game. Amazing debuff, hard hitting, ranged. Archmages are very strong too. Rememeber, Scirmishers and Archers are your 3 ranged archer guys and totally dominate. Gold is pretty much useless so save it for the +5 life/-5 paving cost items. These are among the best in the game for a long long long time.
The AI chooses your card randomly, if he chooses your best card, you had unlucky :/
