Midas Touch is horribly buggy -- not only does it only ever change Gold to Fire gems for me, it doesn't check to clear any 3+ matches! What's worse, if I try to make a match manually on the board with one of the affected gems, it gives me an Invalid Move error -- I have to find an unrelated match on the board to make, or Scramble.
Really frustrating to have to go through all the worlds in one sitting, as everything seems to restock whenever I start playing again, even though it keeps my masks, etc.
I completed the game before badges, and now I can't find the wizard to defeat him and get the badge -- he's not in Digsite 21 like I thought he would be :-(
Lv 19 is pretty tedious -- having to discover the exact timing necessary by trial and error is no fun.
"Wait until you're *exactly* 17 strong, then create a tentacle to the nearest spore, sever it after *exactly* 3 pulses..." etc. etc.
Considering you've gone for a monochromatic design, I would highly encourage including an options menu where you can disable all the unnecessary screen clutter, like the starfield and "muzzle smoke" from shots. It's hard enough to parse incoming shots from your own without even more pixels getting in your way.
It's incredibly frustrating on Harder after day 120 or so when you seem to just stop getting wandering immigrants or ZKS, and hordes of 600+ zombies show up 2 days after finishing off the previous one -- I had 75% happiness and the Evil Graveyard under my control, but couldn't win due to my population of 55 slowly dying off due to attrition, and not being able to hold back over 1000 zombies at my walls every week... *sigh*
Sounds like, if you're gonna bring God into it, that he's the one who tried to take Jason out with the ice -- you should instead be thanking the emergency personnel who put in the hard work of rescuing him!
If you can't be bothered to write more than one word -- "Mouse" -- under directions, and don't bother explaining anything in game, other than "Draw this line. Now draw this line. You win!", then I don't see why I should bother figuring out on my own how this game differs from all the other Phage Wars/Nano Wars/etc. clones out there.
