I amassed so many upgrade points on the last level that I ultimately replaced my barriers with maxed knights just for the hell. Apparently they're built better than a brick wall. ^.^
strangely enough, i found that the last few levels were pretty easy. Just stick to the top most of the way and explore the different invisible routes patiently in time with the sawbaldes.
a great distraction, love the dark cartoon theme. Have to day though, fox ears are marginally useful, they should remove the attack meter for foxes, otherwise you're better off aiming just in case it's a different angry woodland animal.
@marzZee it's a shame that you can't enjoy this game. I understand your fustration, but bear in mind that not all games are for everyone, some people love very challenging games that require alot of effort. You can't please everyone with 1 game, which is why there's such a variety of games on this site!
Ah, but overcoming the obstacles makes your love stronger. Besides, if it was so easy to find love, it wouldn't hold as much depth or value. Also being "lonely" grants you much more freedom to do stuff like play flash games that vaguely and jarringly try to pin down an intricate concept into 5 minutes of gameplay. So there.
Best team for normal levels is Glenn (lead), Josh and Ray, as u will be almost unbeatable but get lots of gold, but for tough/boss levels substitute Josh for Selena. Her regen+ressurect ensures survival, but also bloodlust synergises perfectly with Glenn's special. When swamped by enemies you can have constant airshield. Ridiculous.
A nice distraction for nearly 2 hours. Loved the flowing feeling once you had the rhythm of a level down perfectly. Also appreciated how the "A+" ratings were actually pretty generous in some cases, assuming you ran like a child going after their favourite jam. Easily deserves a 4/5.
Just seal your refined uranium into a lead envelope, making sure to pack less than critical mass, otherwise you incur an additional charge from the postal service and annihilate a few square miles of civilisation.
If you're only gunning for the badges: sell the warp core when it's worth 2 or 3 million, i.e. after a couple of bosses. You only get a "bonus" from it once you've done the boss run with it, rendering it mostly pointless. This will save you headaches with grinding.
plenty of fun, but i switched off at wave 50 as there seemed to be no change in difficulty. rewards never using plasma balls so that eventually you get only health and invincibility, which lets you survive forever with a little skill. stood in a pit of lava to end the nightmare :) would love to see a follow up with objectives or some sort of end.
It's a shame that you can't really see other player's families' true potential as the cpu will never co-ordinate them as a true team. PvP would be awesome. Otherwise a really solid game.
