Impossible is impossible, just sayin'. Irrelevant to my grading anyway. I give it a 4/5. If they put in .5s it would be 4.5/5. It does what it does exceedingly well and it's very funny with the cat noises and such :P
However, the scope of the game is too shallow for me to rate it alongside Fancy Pants and the like. Great job for what it is though (also those 45 degree squares had weird physics)
Pretty good. Not nearly as good as Sonny IMO. For one, it was WAY too easy. I just got the money upgrades as fast as I could, moved to the moon base, set up some turrets, and from there nothing could stop me. I finished the game with like $500,000.
Production values are high, and it can be quite funny, but...really? *NO* lip synching? Not even a half-assed attempt? Having them not even move their mouths kinda sucks.
The only redeeming quality is the online factor, which is raped from nonoba anyway.
You accumulate money WAY too slowly. I was at level 8 and I didn't have enough to buy ANYTHING. EVER.
Making you reload the page is absolute ridiculousness.
Dying kicking you out of the game is bed design.
The weapons don't look any different in gameplay.
Etc. Very poorly made. 2/5.
Also, negating the speed upgrade when you buy an weapon upgrade is complete bullshit. I could spend like 400 pips and then buy the new weapon and it's as if I never collected those 400.
I can't play this game due to the awful lag issues. I ca be right on point and still have a terrible score because of the ludicrous lag. It's also not a very fun game anyway IMO. 3/5
Game is FAR too slow and a good 90% of the time your units will stand there doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, and when they DO fire, they miss 90% of the time. Whoo! You have to wait two minutes for an enemy to die! My tank literally fired its cannon thrice in a good 30 minute game. WTF.
