Completely unplayable because of the lag. And yes, my way too old pc is at fault for that, but there are plenty games with a lot more sophisticated mechanics and a way better graphic that don't lag at all for me. And then, this game is also so very boring.
Who ever tagged this game with "Good Music"? The music is just about the only thing I don't like about it. I don't usually mute games, but this music here drives me crazy. Aside from that, nice little puzzle games, with a cute setup for a story behind the puzzles.
I kinda suspected this would happen, so I sent a missing badge request two days ago, to ensure that by today I got the badge. One should always be prepared, is what my mom taught me.
Sadly, I can't play it. When I click on start, everything in the next frame just flashes and blinks but I can't click anything anymore. The same thing happens when clicking on options. Which is a pity, since I love the other three home sheep home games here.
This game is all in all just boring. It's like watching a movie clip over and over again, you have only very little space to actually do something, you can basically only decide when to accelerate, and with the boost you merely get to decide on how much you want to accelerate. That's not really entertaining for me.
Guys. Guys, I have no idea if this game is as bad as all you people say in the comments here, because it doesn't even load for me, and you're all probably right about it not deserving badges. But do try to understand that this side needs money too. And as long as you can get access to so many great games for free, I don't think it's your right to complain that much about some money grubber games like this when you could just as well ignore them.

Maybe I was just lucky, but here are my two cents as a beginner who beat the game on his first try: Take the fighter, put all skill points into melee and fortitude, some in focus, but you'll need those only in the later levels. Get an axe and make it better (the weapons stack), so you can hit several enemies at once. Search everything, kill everything you see, take every heal shroom and only use potions in battle, else just use several shrooms. Only use the fountains when you need them, not everytime you see one. They'll wait for you. Destroy red shrooms and fire traps from afar, and try to use them against enemies. Use unstable terrains to your advantage. Against several enemies, bring the melee fighters between yourself and the ranged fighters. They're perfect meat shields. Then use charge against the ranged fighters, or just go towards them, depending on wether your health or energy is lower. And that's it. I never got even near being killed, it took a while but I enjoyed the game.
"Difficulty can be changed at any time" -> Can't select difficulty. I assume I can change it after beating Harmony, or some given number of trials, but they're still lying to me.
This would be a good and fun game, if not for that last part with the race. That's just obnoxious, especially when lag makes my dude just stop running once in a while.
So, what do I have to do to actually get the badge? Let the credits roll through? Achieve a better rank? Or just stop trying to get the badges of old games like this?
I actually like the game and all, but I have no idea with what kind of strategy I could get the hard badge without depending entirely on luck. The game has so many rage-inducing mechanisms there, I have a hard time to keep on liking it.
While I searched for the biggest, most evil bubble around, I started to think that maybe "I" was the biggest, most evil bubble around ... but then I finally found him and got the badge.
I don't really get how the system with the special bonuses works; The game tells me I get them by doing special sets, but only rarely when the game tells me I have created a special set, do I really get a special bonus.
I cannot for the live of me remember how I beat level 19. I'm very sure I have quit the game after pointlessly attempting that level over and over again and the next day I started with level 22. I ain't complaining though.
Maybe these games get the BotD in the hope that they get rated 1 star by all the people here, so that the rating will move at least a little bit into realistic proportions.
While the concept of the minigames for attacks is not bad, it does prevent me from playing this game, because with an old lagging PC this becomes almost impossible to play.
Now I don't automatically dislike games just because they're hard, but this one is not only hard, it's plain boring and bad. The only thing that actually makes this hard is the very bad controls. The really dangerous part of the buzzsaws for example is not that they kill you, but they they introduce so much lag the controls get even worse.
Hm. Now I have for the third time with the games in this series encounterd an Error: Permission denied to access property "href", on Firefox. In two of the cases I have had already played the game though and have saves from it, only hours back before the error. I can switch to Chrome and start again, sure, but just in case it helps, I'm mentioning it here.
