It's not basically braid at all. Braid is one character, reversing time in order to reach objectives and then return to a slightly altered past. In chronotron, you work together with yourself to solve puzzles, by layering across multiple timelines in an intricate way. One's a platformer, one is a puzzle game. They are not the same, don't write it off as if it is. (in response to ElectricMatt's comment)
I feel like the music really added to the amazing atmosphere that you were building. The characters were all relatable, and very likable. Yet they were all very unique. The RPG references were super gratifying too ^_^ The ending was so poetic, and the only thing I dislike about this game is that it's over. Keep up the amazing work, never doubt yourself, this is beautiful and I'll look out for anything else you decide to take part in :D
The girls should not be so close to the enemies, not if BOTH of you can kill them by accident. It's really annoying when an enemy just kills a girl, when you can't do anything about it because if you tried to kill him you would have killed her yourself
I don't want to be the stupid, rude troll comment. But I mean... how is this fun? I just don't understand how this is supposed to be entertaining... and for me, that's saying a lot. Getting this easy badge was just a lot of boredom, and waiting through this overly drawn out game
Is the only difference between the good and bad ending the text scroll at the end? I'm cool with that, it has a subtle profoundness, I'm just slightly concerned I missed something :3
You realize that's an incredibly famous picture of einstein? And it shows him as a happy man, not a stupid one. Also, the fact that it cannot be determined by logic does not mean it is chance. There is only 1 correct answer, you just need to use trial and error. Which is logic, really
I understand everything about the self-harm, but one thing I don't understand is the fizzing-out part. Is it just to symbolize that she isn't actually a person, just an embodiment of your habit, or does it mean something more? either way very moving game. 5/5
Anyway, awesome puzzle game. Unforgiving, but not too badly. A tip for anyone having trouble-work backwards. There's only one path and it's much simpler to see it that way
