Bug: if you shoot at an enemy and are hit yourself before your bullet hits, the trajectory will change as if you were hit before you shot. You can miss at practically point blank range.
The key to easily winning is using UAVs; thus, Bad Boy (3rd car, 4th tier) is better than Booster (2nd car, 5th tier). The reasons are 1) two UAVs (Bad Boy + Ram) will be able to kill a lot of the flying enemies themselves, and 2) UAVs have a lot of health and draw enemy fire. An extra UAV will help you much more than healing. With UAVs killing flyers, Bad Boy's minigun > Booster's laser anyway.
Meh. First one was much better. Like the previous game, the healing bot is key, and the last weapon for each car (laser, rocket, railgun) is by far the best.
3) Once you reach 2000, dump points in selection and head for city planning. Advanced levels of selection gives you insane food, so you can put two points in monotheism. Once you've got 25k guys in the pasture and the +% culture techs, focus exclusively on raising pop max and dumping points in bronze working. Finished with 4 points in bronze working, 4 in selection, 5 in city planning. Build the Mine and level 2 Smithy (in that order) when possible. Done correctly, you'll have more than 2.5 mil production points when you unlock pyramids and will finish with 25+ turns to spare and ~140k population.
Since my last post I've broken 10,000 on Deity several times, so I thought I'd give some more tips. 1) at the beginning, advance tech mysticism -> breeding -> cattle -> mysticism 2 -> cattle 2 - mysticism 3 before doing anything else. You'll want to reach 3000 BC with level 3 mysticism and level 3-4 cattle and only one point in everything else. 2) You should have some points saved when you reach 3000, so get Bread and put the rest in veterinary medicine. Advance vet medicine ASAP and keep pop maxed with stonebrick, putting a total of 3 points in polytheism when possible and getting the production techs. No points in fishing, weapons, or any additional farming tech, you don't need em. Try to get 7 points in vet med and 5 in stonebrick.
5 stars on hardest difficulty. After some experimentation, focusing exclusively on animal farming seems to work best. While fishing gives the most food per person, focusing on it gives you a slow start, and its max workers increases too slowly. You only need to put a few points in Selection to be able to put 40%+ of your population in the pastures.
How to beat the final boss: basically ignore the zombies he summons and focus mostly on him, only shooting weakened zombies or during stop time. The waves get tougher every time, and eventually you'll be overwhelmed, but the boos doesn't actually have THAT much health and you'll be able to kill him before you get close to death.
I'm pretty certain that the GL Magnum is better than all the guns you unlock after it (one-shot body kill, most accurate). I say "pretty sure" because after 5 attempts on the first 2 levels on hard I have had 100% accuracy but killed all but one enemy - who never appeared - each time...frustrating.
Dear Kong: PLEASE ban thegames8 and all of their aliases for violating Kongregate policy and filling the pages with their garbage. This has gone on for FAR too long...
Supply boxes have a random timer. We will implement a timer in a future patch. For the carrier, I will check what may be happening. Thanks for the feedback.
you have spawn protection so they cant hurt you when you spawn on enemies. it's hard for the system to find a good spot on crowded maps.
