This is a bleh Tower Defense game.
$100 for 30 damage + 150 burn or $100 for 150 damage + 100 burn.
Lets see...~180 damage or ~250 damage. I think I'll go with the Fire towers. The only reason to ever get Poison towers is when you want to stack more DOTs.
Needs more difficulty and when you lose you shouldn't game over. After all, why am I stockpiling millions of credits if I can't repair a bot that cost me all of, oh, 20 million to build in the first place?
Note: I lost on a fight that had I won I'd have finally had over 100,000,000. Enemy bot charged for about 850 damage (of my 1400 hp) and didn't miss on his apparently Brute attacks.
I hate the "aim it through this tiny hole" type levels where pixel perfect aim is required. Cough, level 6. 1/5 for such poor consideration on level design.
Your low score submission thing is broken. It didn't save my times for each level, so I submitted a score of 700+ and the page shows the best 100 as being all 0.0 seconds. Going to the level selector it shows that I have gotten to level 30, and my best times are all 0 seconds flat.
Automatic Laser = Win. Cheaper than the plasma cannon and much better.
High rate of fire, high bullet speed, decent damage, and _500 rounds_ with a pretty quick reload speed.
Auto-targeting turret sucks ass though. Seriously, for the money I spent on it I'd expect more damage and more rate of fire. It barely dents a yellow square and fires once every 12 seconds.
Bug: Clicking Reset while the Mochi Score thingy is up leaves it there (and will scroll with everything else). Clicking the close button on it will then return you to the main menu.
Ugh. The amount of waiting I have to do....seriously, I click reset and have to wait for the "800 points!" thing to go away, then click the screen that isn't a button, THEN hit space bar.
Gawd.
"You have unlocked the first se", "You have unlocked the second", and "You have unlocked the third s".
Your text box isn't large enough.
Plus I haven't found any that are even moderately challenging.
This is a really neat game. Took me a while to get started, but after that I got up through level 6 without help.
Level 7 I could have done, but it started getting tedious so I loaded up one someone else made and went "neat!"
BTW, you need to add the main title screen back in. It's not exactly fun to be thrown at the game willy nilly before I'm good and ready.
And now you have bosses and powerups, but...it's still Shoot! only reskinned.
Needs a good player matching system. Took me several tries to play a game with ONE person (the join thingy doesn't work), and its impossible to play against two or three people you know.
Also, I've gotten so good I beat noobs before the game even starts. I want to play against experienced people, but I can't find them prior to starting a game.
I don't see 1.2's fix.
I also don't see powerups or minibosses or anything of interest. I'd have waited until I had a game that was as good as Shoot! before uploading.
Oh, wait, I did.
