Nicely done. However, it really needs a formation move - Form them up in a 2x2 block, and move the group as far as the slowest member or until contact with enemy. I wouldn't bother with the exit as much as an automajic teleport when a level is cleared.
Decent overall game -- good story line, and quite robust game play.
Suggestions for improvement - Allow me to equip myself, recruits and to buy and sell directly from storehouse. It's really annoying to have to swap stuff in and out of a backpack to take it to the barracks or store. (In other words, Backpack size = Infinity when not in a dungeon)
Dungeoning: Open loot immediately. Speed up animations. Make all impassibles look impassible.
4/5
Good Game. However, it's a bit too easy. (played 3 levels). Also, I'd like to see some sort of indicator as to which pieces have moved, and which ones may still be moved.
I don't like the distance mechanism. It's far too touchy, and it's really hard to see if you're clear of a switch. I'd much rather be well clear of a switch and not have to worry about the distance.
Really poor controls. It's impossible to gut a full stroke many times because the mouse leaves the app. The power scale does not appear to be linear at all, making it extremely difficult to judge short shots.

Got tied up with another truck, and couldn't proceed. - Wheels interlocked. Had to wait for it to run out of fuel. Need a Dump Fuel option to avoid such a situation.
Moo is way overpowered!
Wonky UI. Clicked closet doors -- nothing. Had to find exact pixel to see locks.
Did Garfield, clicked hammer. Nothing. Figured it was auto-added to inventory. It wasn't. Back in, Have to do Garfield all over again. Quit.
