Notice how everyone is complaining about the pipeline stuff? It doesn't make any sense that the pipes have to enter the building from one specific place only. The reason that doesn't make sense is that they're freaking pipes that can just as easily run inside the building as around it. It just adds an unnecessary level of complexity and annoyance. Fun game other than that.
Cool game. Reminds me a lot of Diablo (in a good way). The end boss was absurdly hard, but I kited him around and won. One big bug: after I beat him, I clicked on town portal to sell my loot and the game froze on a black screen. I don't mind much since I had already won.
Upgrades are too cheap, the coins you collect are worth too little, there is no way to upgrade the goodie magnet, "winning" seems to just be reaching a high enough altitude and then blowing up (?), when you "win" you get $0 and have to watch the credits run with no way to skip, fuel tanks don't help on your way down, etc. Just a bunch of pretty obvious missing elements that are in other, better, rocket games.
DBUberPwnage, the last person in the second row is in the jungle. She is holding a stick and has fox ears. If you go to the world map, it is in the zone that is 4th row from the top and 3rd column from the left.
Hmm, I'm at the final boss in the cat temple and it looks like I missed some weapons and armor. Do you get a bunch of treasure after you beat the cat gods?
BUG REPORT: I think Hyper Beam (one of the skills of the guy with the gun) doesn't work. It is supposed to charge for two turns, then hit, but I've used it a few times and it never seems to shoot. Is there an activation button or something that I am missing? Thanks.
I don't understand how people are even playing this game with all the bugs. At first I couldn't even get the game to load properly, then for a while it wouldn't let me type a name, then it crashed any time I opened a new tab, and now I seem to have it working right but about 5 times every battle my controls go dead and I get killed except once I'm killed it lets me click the revive button. So I lose huge karma and get really frustrated. I really wish the game was playable, but for me it just isn't. Maybe it is because I'm on a mac? Anyway, beautiful game. I hope it works some day.
It's because you're on a Mac and you're using Safari. We do not recommend that combo. Please try another browser, you'll find the game is much more stable. There are still bugs, but not the painful sort you're encountering now.
Ok, it finally let me type my character name in, yay! Only took reloading about a dozen times, then the game crashed when I went to another tab, then I had to reload a few more times. The game is beautiful and really engaging. I completed the first level and then halfway through the second my controls shut off for no reason. So I died and reloaded a few more times. Basically, it's going to be a fantastic game when you clean up the bugs, but for now it is really difficult to play. Keep up the good work!
While we know there are some bugs, your situation sounds really extreme. Would love to understand better the OS, browser and machine type you're playing on. Could you try a different browser? Also, if you visit SpicyWorld you can interact directly with our devs and they can try to help in real-time.
It doesn't let me type in the name to my character. I click in the box, but when I type nothing shows up. I also tried copying and pasting and that didn't work. Any ideas?? Thanks.
would also help to let you rename employees. I just want to call my guys "Artist 1", "Artist 2", etc. It's even worse because you couldn't even come up with enough unique names, so I have like Bill H. and Bill I., so even if I could remember that Bill is an artist, I still won't know for sure which the right guy to put on a job.
it would be really helpful if there was some way to tell a worker's specialization from the page where you assign them tasks. I can see the symbols from what they were trained, but I don't know what those symbols mean. You should either highlight their specialization or at least put a mouseover for what the skills are.
The laboratory should have a filter to let us see all cards, instead of just cards that aren't currently in a deck. I was trying to upgrade my Chainguns and couldn't figure out why it only thought I had 1 of them instead of 3. After like 10 minutes I finally remembered I had added chainguns to two different decks and so removing them from the first one wasn't enough. Gets a little frustrating.
You have to use it again when it's charged.
