This is very unoriginal. Clones like this one succeed or fails on the level design; the level design is poor here, making this 2/5. But the terrible lazy GUI design on the rotation handles (very very very hard to use) make this 1/5.
nice idea, but the mind-blowingly crap controls ruin it. You need to tweak the response curve for left/right, and you need to change it so that it doesnt walljump when you try to double-jump, and vice versa. Horribly out of control.
Here's a really cool feature. If you lose a battle, and don't hit "try again" (because you want to go back to the main area where you buy upgrades etc), it deletes your game. Compeltely gone. That's it. No "are you sure you want to delete all progress?" No "by the way, this game DOES NOT AUTOSAVE - if you continue, you will lose everything?". I stand by my 1/5 rating. Terrible game.
Hey, you know whats really funny? When the control system is so crap that your hero commits suicide instead of WINNING THE GAME. Lazy lazy game design. Fix it. Units should go where I tell them - not commit suicide all the time because the author's AI was so stupid.
If I could give this -1, I would. The author should learn the basics of capturing mouse input before including timing-sensitive puzzles. Go read some documentation.
Inexcusably bad given how many games its stealing from directly - no originality, an appallingly bad balance of core game logic (oh, your unit just randomly got hit for 100 damage. Now you cannot continue the game. HA HA HA!), a UI that could generously be described as "weak", very little strategic play, no in-game instrucitons, broken mouseovers (with most of the important info "missing" from the tooltips), and overall ... well ... boring. 1/5
Giving it 1/5 because a) it's totally unoriginal, b) it's not particularly well-balanced, despite being a cheap-ass clone, and c) being forced to click "clear saved data" every time you make a mistake - damn pathetic and stupid.
1/5 - for the stupid sprite colelcting being impossibe if you dont race in first 10 seonds, with no warning, just a big "ha ha you just wasted twenty minutes of your life" at the end. This "game" has terribel collision detection on attacks, and is so tedious you may just lose the will to live if you play it. This is the concept of "TL;DR" played out as a computer game. Ugh. Real pity, because the art and sound were great, but completely ruined by the horrible overall experience.
Fun. But 1/5 for the braindead upgrade system that punishes you for attempting to do anything except "upgrade in the EXACT order that hte author chose to be the ONLY order you're allowed. This is not a game; you are not allowed to make decisions"
glitch doesnt work any more. Game sucks without the glitch. 11 days is simply luck for how much money it gives you. Too boring to play the whole repititve thing many times to wait untli that "magic" lucky run. sTupid.
Nice game, cloning Mtg and simplifying the mana is a good idea - but shoot whichever idiot made the "fancy" buttons that fade in and out and make every game take 3 times as long to play as it should. Very very very annoying. 3/5 because of the UI alone.
This is an absolutely terrible game - I could write a "perfect" bot in about 10 minutes flat. This is like Blackjack - there is only one option that is valid in each outcome (assuming you have a brain and a triple-digit IQ). Boring, boring, boring - this is NOT a game, tis a "randomized puzzle game" / "intelligence test".
When you still have "impossible to die, impossible to escape" sitatuiosn (my character cannot move, got into a dead end), you MUST have a "kill / restart screen" button. FFS.
1/5. So damn buggy. You can fire 20 shots at a 2-hit man and he doesnt die because - 10 pixels away - some other man is going through death anim. This is just VERY lazy programming. Fix the bugs.
