I'd rather play motherload :D Anyway, my main grudge is that the start is too much luck based. Few coins at the beginning means a lot of lost weeks. Opposite, a first and second drill with lots of coins gives you a tremedous advantage. Too random is bad.
May be just me, but shouties finest hour (in my opinion) is levels 20-30. Before that, its mostly hit and run. After that, they start to devaluate. after lvl 15 a lot of new tactics open up for shouty.
true... unfortunately, kong is also tainted by complete and utter noobs such as me o.O
protip: STAY AT BASE TO LEVEL UP! and go all basher, of course ;)
grrrr making one of my favourite games into one of my most hated genres -_- I'm not rating it for I would either be so biased to give it an undeserved low rating, or too high out of fear of being biased. I hate tower defense games, they are so d*mn overrepresented already ><
its mostly luck anyway - I've had games where I played flawlessly with doc end up in under ten kills, and had some mediocre where I had over 20-30. Last hit system isn't all too great. Furthermore - and I cannot stress this enough - playing well often means letting kills go. I see some players who rank high in kills most of the time yet get their teammates or themselves killed all the time.
nice game but a bit too easy and not much replay value. After 3 games I had all upgrades except the poseidon one. Then, the next game, I lasted extremely long and scored way over 3 million points. Don't see much point in replaying it now. Funny to see how such a frantic game can have such a soothing effect though ^^
And seriously - the high ratings hand of war got and this will probably get really shows how easily people are satisfied these days - not even considering so many gems stay unacknowledged while mediocracy like this rises to the top. Kind of like the music charts, really.
just as bland, unoriginal and uninspired as hands of war. Music loops don't help either, neither does the horrible counterintuïtive attack system. There's just something very annoying about that autoattack/select target system in combination with not being able to attack while moving. Even with that, the game is still WAY too easy which also doesn't do much good for immersion and gameplay. I gave the first one 3/5 just for effort. Since this one is build on the 'engine' of the first and doesnt improve much: 2/5. Truly an rpg for dummies -_-
It all depends on the game in question - skill of opponents, skill of (or lack of) teammates, etc. In some games it is actually easy to get over 50 kills (say vs a team of 5 suiciding noobs) and in others it is an accomplishment to get a 10-0 score or just delay defeat for 10 minutes. Apart from the fact that say, in team games, kills are not everything - a good player will let kills go for the greater good - or in case of stingers, get their teammates kills. Now stop showing of ffs :p
Indeed a weak version of monopoly - and the random factor is just as annoying. If all streets are bought by others before you even stepped on them, and you have just a few, you are screwed.
you mean those premium minions that aren't AVAILABLE here? the premium minions of which 2 are not even better and the 3d may be overpowered but can easily be countered through good teamwork? Those UNAVAILABLE minions cause you to give THIS version a 1/5? You are a complete and utter idiot, stevetherobot -_-
and I simply cannot understand how this is rated so lowly when so many HORRIBLE defense games (towers *cough*) are rated so high. Its simply ridiculous -_-
THERE IS NO DEFENSE BUG - defense works like this: it takes away a small percentage of the damage done but you loose defense by getting hit as well. Key is to upgrade it gradually - NEVER SAVE AMMO - birds are too good of an income. Get pump gun asap and put all money you dont need for ammo in cleaning and defense.... Once it reaches 50- 100 you will certainly see the difference. Keep defense at 100 and save for the smg + ammo. Buy that asap and ignore rocket launcher - you're set. Its not easy at start but certainly possible. Also keep in mind to fire at the closest birds first, and that your gun can be 'hit' as well so let it stick out only as much as needed.
