Excellent game, but it froze for me during heavy combat in the mission where the bugs tunnel into the base. (My computer is top of the line, and I always allow flash games to use as much memory as they need)
As always is always the case with undefined, we have the same game with minor additions and refinements. The refinements are good to have, though. Auto-attack and the ability to use healing magic outside of battle are much appreciated. 4/5.
At first I was afraid it would turn out to be one of those lame numbers games where the bases all continually generate whatever it is you use to fight (soldiers, cells, bees, etc) and you send them off in a mass against an enemy target. Luckily it turned out to be a genuine strategy game! I'm very pleased!
@JotarkKa: Disguised, eh? That massive Papa Louie's Logo when you load it up is an interesting choice for a disguise. Idiot. It's not a secret that this is another in a successful line of time management games. The only reason this game is NOT named Papa's Weaponeria is because nobody wants smithed weapons in the modern world. It needed a different setting, so it got some new characters and a new name, too.
After playing the game to completion, I'm afraid I'm going to have to deduct another star. The puzzle aspect which makes Adventure RPGs so appealing is completely lacking in this game, there is not a single boss, and eventually you find that what it boils down to is one big grind-fest. Oh, it's not that you have to grind to proceed (aside from grind quests), but simply that the entire game is a grind. There's literally nothing else to do but go from point A to point B and kill monsters along the way. 3/5.
Fun game, but I'll deduct a star for ripped graphics and occasional minor bugs (suddenly getting hit on screens w/ projectile enemies, yet no projectile has touched you)
It's a difficult game, to be sure, which is why the imprecise controls are unforgivable. It is far too easy to overshoot or undershoot your intended field.
Hrm... -21 in under a day for a legitimate, if harshly stated, critical comment. How interesting. I also note that this game has a 4.33 rating, despite being very similar to many games already out there. It seems to me that it would be in Nexon's best interest to ensure that negative commentary is suppressed, and that the game is rated highly... don't you think so?
Ah... it's exactly like every other MMO that has you building a city to support your RPG style characters, but with the added bonus of artwork that makes me want to vomit. Good show.
Ah. Another "Something died, therefor this is profound somehow" art piece. No, my friends, it's not deep just because it's about death. This story probably took all of two minutes to put together. In terms of the game itself, the graphics are quite pretty for a flash. The puzzles are far too simple and mostly the same; Boy presses button one and dog presses button two, rinse and repeat. Overall I'd say this rates a 3.
