I'm only one level 4, but right now I'm guessing that this is going to be the story of a child who underwent horrific hormone alteration procedures that left him scarred for life and now he's on a quest for revenge against the cruel researchers who pumped him full of chemicals and left him with the body and voice of a small child but the facial hair of a fully grown man.
Well this is great. I come back and my game is gone after leaving on level 22. I have to start over. Ok, w/e, I suppose I can deal with that. I come in and not only has the game been updated with no explanations whatsoever for the stats, the stats aren't even coming up when I roll over my health bar like they used to, so at most I know my attack, crit, and stun levels (still with no clue at all what stun even does). Also, since the game saves *right after* beating the boss, whatever magic/item you get in the room afterwards does not get saved unless you beat the next boss after that. So heck, not only did my save get wiped, it got wiped only for the game to overall get even more screwed up. Not only is there no explanation for our stats, on top of it our stats don't even show up anymore. Dear god man, I'd rather have just kept living with the slowing down issue...
That's weird, my comment got, like, chopped in half. Let me try that again; One more comment; now that I've run through at least 5 times, I still have no idea what stun does and I'm not even 100% sure what the crit stat does, because it doesn't increase your critical %. So what I'm saying there is that ->WE NEED MORE STAT EXPLANATION. Did I emphasize that enough? It sucks not having any idea what anything does, and not having control just takes the fun right out of games. Seriously, I understand about 2-3 out of all the stats, and that's absurd. Hell, there are things like "extra critical" where, forget understanding it, it isn't even listed on my stats. I've looked every place I can think of for some sort of hint as to what some of these things do, but if there's an explanation somewhere I'm sure not finding it.

I've now run through the game once and I still can't figure out what the heck stun is supposed to do, and why it's on all my armor rather than something like, say, defense. The instructions say to hold down click in order to use a stun attack, but holding down click defends or charges a power attack. I'm not sure where this stun attack is supposed to come in.
You really have to kick up the difficulty. Even on survival the only way I ever die is if I really screw around and basically allow myself to. Actually, I'm not even sure that it's the overall difficulty that's the problem (I mean that it is still a problem, everything is way too easy, but it's not the main problem), it's the fact that enemies regularly drop health packs that heal you up by a whole lot. Health packs need to either A) heal far less, B) show up less often, or preferably C) all of the above. The whole point of survival is trying to see how long you can survive, but if every level/every other level you're basically getting completely refreshed it kinda defeats the whole purpose.
I think you really shot yourself in the foot with the lack of checkpoints. Also, every time I have died in this game except for once has been on the level where there are the death circles on all 4 sides of the 3 unlock circles and you have to go in diagonally in order to get them. The death circles are way too sensitive and the controls way too imprecise to be making people do stuff like that. This is another one of those games where, while the most glaring issue is the lack of checkpoints, there are a bunch of other little annoyances littered around that eventually add up.
I'm sorry, I must draw the line at kicking out beiber. Selena G does not deserve that sort of treatment. She's a female; she's supposed to act the way she does. I'd like to hear what Mr. B's excuse is on the other hand...
Ok, wow. After finally resorting to the walkthrough I don't feel so bad for not understanding how to complete level 22...I swear, if there's anything in this game that throws me off it's bounce. The problem is that everything else has a nice set, defined place and area. Bounce just kinda throws dibbles around and you hope they end up where they're supposed to. I can more or less plan everything else without needing to physically run through the level. Bounce...not so much.
I'd normally not bother to point this out, but oh really "seaman warrior"? It's like "angry 'turds'"? I will be sure to cherish the morsels of wisdom you've bestowed upon us, because someone who believes things like replacing the word 'birds' with 'turds' or naming themselves after jizz are anything but embarrassingly childish (and possibly somewhat homoerotic in the second case. I'm not sure what exactly makes a person a semen warrior, but I'm not in a rush to find out) is obviously a truly erudite and insightful individual who should be taken seriously at all times. And most definitely is not a 12 year old who believes he's clever because the other little kids in the lunchroom find that dumb shit funny.
Omg, this is so good. I'd say it's even better than angry birds! You should sell "angry soldier" plushes and everything because dude, this is so awesome!...nah, I'm kidding, this is terrible. I'd go through the reasons why it's terrible, but I don't think that's necessary. Of course what really seals the deal (the deal of being terrible, I mean) is the fact that the entire time I was playing this, no matter how short that may have been, I was comparing it to angry birds and realizing just how pitifully failed an attempt this was to copy it. If you know you can't do better than someone else's work, it's best to try to distance yourself as much as possible since you'll just end up looking like a cheap, unskilled imitator otherwise, and that just makes things worse.
Well, it would also be nice if there was some way to actually restart the game. I finished (it was fairly easy. I think it took me 5 or 6 runs, and that was mostly because I had no idea how big our hitbox was at the beginning which resulted in 2 wasted runs) and yet it just continues my game every time I hit play. Sure, I could delete my browser cache or w/e, but I'd rather not do that seeing as there are games with data that I *do* want to keep.
I play these types of puzzles pretty often, so I ran through most of it fairly quickly. The artwork sets it apart from others like it though, not to mention the fact that I get excited whenever Dr. Vile gets a chance to make something; he has his priorities straight man. Ah, and of course we now finally have scientific evidence that the concept of cute chicks with glasses has existed since the dawn of time, somehow since before glasses were even invented. I've always suspected such, but fortunately you've set the record straight.
No, no each click does not take up only one mana. Clicking fish takes up 2, which I believe is ludicrous considering the fact that they come through once every few seconds. And it's not like you can just ignore them seeing as they suck in blobs from a large area around them, so they're pretty effective at ruining anything you're trying to do. The least you could do is tell us that. It took a little while for me to figure out why exactly I was running out of mana so fast on underwater levels.
Thanks for spotting 2 mana-points thing. I'll think over that and probably reduce cost to just 1. Actually unless fish is eating your monster, they are relatively harmless. They are even sometimes useful (as they can eat out a lot of bad non-matching groups ;) ).
Now, what I actually wanted to comment on was the K.I.S.S. limits. Previously they were a bit annoying to do, as they were always 1-2 less con. than one needs to complete a lvl with any consistency, but in the moon set I'm only on lvl 4 and it's already the 2nd level I've encountered that appears to be impossible to complete within the kiss limit without powerups, the 1st being lvl 2. I'm still messing with lvl 4 on the offchance that it's somehow possible(which I'm almost positive it isn't), but lvl 2 I am confident is not possible using 4 con. without the access all con. powerup. Of course my primary issue is that then the WT doesn't show how one is supposed to any lvl within the kiss limit, because if the dev honestly believes ppl will be capable of doing so without powerups in some of these levels I'd love to know how, especially seeing as the WT usually uses many, many times more connectors than the kiss limit allows.
I very, very much disagree with biggumby on the movement thing. Perhaps it could be easier to control, but saying it's unnecessary is just absurd. Yes, all I care about is whether or not my bridge works too...except my bridge is far less likely to work when multiple guys are trying to cross it at the exact same time or dashing over it and breaking it when just stopping them for a moment in the middle makes them cross successfully. I agree that having an auto move option for the people who, for some crazy reason, wouldn't want to have control over the movers might be a good solution, but by god do not remove movement control! I can't believe anyone who played the first game would advocate returning to the way it was...
Sorry about that stats got borken from the lag fix, but its fixed now, fixed probably will loose save games though, but I uploaded a new version. 4.4
