AHHHHH!! Lakes of milk, my only weakness!! I never thought that when I became a Powerpuff Girl it would be Blossom, and she couldn't fly or swim or drink all the milk.

Oh nice, they updated. More tasks to complete, more zones to go through... nice to see. I just still have the desire for the mission return times to not be quite so long. What's the point of having a muscle car if you're just going to walk to each mission site and back? I mean, yeah, I can pay for it to go faster, but I'd rather not if that's all the same. Anyway, just the gripe I've had since it first came out. I enjoy the game, but not often enough to maintain a daily interest beyond doing a food/water run and maybe an ammo run if I've got good stashes of the first.

OH MY GOD!!! I FINALLY DID IT! I beat Chapter 2 Journeyman with nothing but 1 militia and every food producing card I had in my stock with a fief and a wealthy patron as sidebars! PHEW..... figures it would take a completely passive strategy to beat that jerk. Now I can finally get on with my life!

Day 4 of being up til 3am trying to beat Journeyman Chapter 2. Could it be any more ridiculous? First off, the guy has your deck on hand, but no matter what you do he's got an extra gold and extra skull every turn. Furthermore, he seems to just magically acquire more when you start doing good against him. Kind of kills the game when you consider that Grandmaster is going to be even more cheap and unbeatable. Sure, I could spend some money and get more cards, but I noticed when I did buy some gems the amount I'd get for my next purchase decreased and and went up in cost. Not very inspiring. I've given it a week to show me what it can do, but I've had enough now. It beats out other CCGs in that there's no stamina limit or whatever. That is a positive thing, as is the very good English, but the extreme grind-fest takes its toll. I am having Edgebee nightmares. Very frustrated with my experience so far, and it started out so well.

Ahh, 2008 when games were decent and didn't demand you give them Kreds just to get anything done, and the badges were reasonably difficult but realistic. While this isn't my thing, I'm definitely happy it exists because this game maker did it right.

Chapter 2 Journeyman is the Unfair Mario of this game. +1 gold, +1 skull, and a knight on the third turn is just bullcrap. And no matter what you do, unless you've jacked up your cards by three levels, you're not going to be able to put out enough defense to hold off the blitz. You're not even going to touch the jerk, let alone survive long enough to mount a defense that he doesn't just casually wipe out every turn while his army remains untouched. In contrast, the first two fights are a cakewalk. Massive difficulty spike there, gentlemen.

I'm not going to lie. That was pretty fun. I don't get to enjoy games where being a trader is the main focus. Usually that part gets shoved to secondary or even tertiary status and the focus becomes about something else entirely. Not this time. In fact, it reminded me of Void a little bit, just without any combat. It also made me nostalgic for Mastermind: World Conqueror. Thanks for that, you get 5 stars.

This game definitely breaks the mold on most of the crafting type games I've ever played. Instead of severely limiting the player on crafting resources, it provides plenty for a variety of item types to be made. Sure you won't make all crystal weapons for most of the game, but at least you can make some and if you're smart you can have one available on every battle at least once you get to the point where you can make crystal weapons. The crafting itself is more about eye for detail than anything else, but for once it's not punishingly hard like in some others. Even if you mess up just a little, the item still functions well enough. I've enjoyed my time playing Jacksmith and I give it 5/5.

I'm sorry, but I did not have fun playing this game. I do like games that make me think, but there is a point where tedious becomes the line that is crossed.

Because axes require wood for their handles. But yeah, seems silly, doesn't it? I'm enjoying this game and I'll give it 5/5 for reminding me so much of Populous, without the completely random behavior of my everything. Populous was good but I never could figure out how to get things under control. Somehow I ended up doing well, though, because I knew how to make Knights.

Another badge down, and that's really all I want out of this. While I appreciate that I found the zoom feature, I'm still trying to figure out why I have an SMG if I'm a sniper. This type of weapon and sniping do not go together in normal circumstances due to the native inaccuracy of burst-fire weapons. Kicking it over to single-shot would make sense, but that's not an option. Anyway, if this were my thing I'd be hyped.

Not a fun game for me, I'm afraid. Hopefully the achievement of the day for the Kongpanion will not require any of the other badges. I just don't have the coordination to hit randomly spawning enemies even at maximum frequency enough to make to 75, nor to 90ft high. Sorry, probably great for some people, but just not my bag.

This was a fun game while I was working on setting up my infrastructure. It was interesting to test various products in each market to see what would sell and what would be ignored by my clientele. After I got everything figured out, though, it was just a barely conscious grinding to 300,000 gold. I discovered that the biggest car is also a liability more often than it is an asset. The third and fourth car are suitable for maximizing profit margins while keeping overhead low and managable. Using the best car on the ship was about the only place it made sense, though in retrospect I think I could have made it there just fine with a 4th level car. Selling only 4 items instead of 6 would have saved me $300 in daily payout on top of whatever was going to food supply costs for stuff that was just getting thrown out. The game gets a 5/5 because it was engaging and I did have fun.

That was okay, but it got weird when it came time to kill it with arrows and with spikes. I'm not a physics wizard enough to finish those achievements, so the Miligram Experiment Replication Badge will never be mine. This game is good for those who like puzzles, though, particularly of the violent mousetrap variety. Enjoyed. :)
